Off to Hong Kong today! This is it, the final stretch towards the wedding day. I already have an appointment to try on my wedding dress for the very very first time on May 11. Such a big risk to take to have a dress made scratch! Cross my fingers and hope that it will turn out ok! I'll be working on my detailed program on the plane, reading the Last Juror, reading the new Bride's magazine...so much to do!!
I think I'm very close to deciding on a first dance and last dance song. I think it will be From this Moment with Shania Twain and Bryan White, it's a bit overused, which was the opposite of what I wanted, but I got all choked up when I heard it, I thought it was perfect. Well, I'm keeping some other songs in my back pocket, I'll listen to them on the plane before I decide. For the last song, I'm thinking Time to Say Goodbye with Sarah Brightman and Andre Borcelli. Such beautiful singing voices! It's in Italian, but I think it would be cool to put the translation of the lyrics on the back of the program. It's about two people leaving together, something like, I'll go with you wherever you go type thing. It's so sweet! So I'm more certain about that song.
OK, gotta run, have some packing to do still...
