Celebrity Sighting

I just saw Ethan Hawke at Jamba Juice!!!! He actually stood in line behind me and ordered his juice right after mine. Of course being the idiot that I am, I didn't even notice until he went up and ordered. He was wearing a full (stylish) pinstrip suit and shades, very Euro-chic. If I didn't know it was Ethan Hawke, I would have thought, very Euro-trash. Celebrities can pull all sorts of things that normal people just should not try. Everyone was half-staring at him (like out of the corner of their eyes so it would not be too obvious) and I was thinking, woah, is that Ethan Hawke? Then the lady behind the register had to give him his change for the juice (he wasn't paying attention) so she was like "Ethan!" That just confirmed it! How very exciting!!!

Anyways, I wish I had brought my phone, then I would have either sneaked a picture or actually asked him to take a picture with me. But, don't know if I would have the guts to! One guy actually did go talk to him, probably something like, hey I really liked you in xxxx. He was like, "thanks man!" and that was the end of that, so awkward!

This is my first celebrity sighting after 5 years in NYC. I've heard so many people say they've seen Dave Letterman or Nicole Kidman (on 28th St.) but I never notice these things, half the time I don't even recognize them so this was pretty cool. :) All in all a very exciting lunch run. Haha!
